Had to stop in on my way home from a trip having just drove 13 hrs with another 3 to go. I needed to just exchange an online order for another size. The women behind the counter were so helpful, so kind. I ended up owing an additional $1.50 & they covered out of their own pockets so that I didn't have to run all the way back out to my car for my wallet. I didn't catch their names but they def made my night! Thank u!

Great time to get a new backpack for this year for school.

They didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size. So I got my old standby shoes I like.

Last year, sought athletic shoes for trail running and cross training. Staff didn't know product. I had to use my phone to find shoes appropriate to the activity. Staff only pushed athleisure lifestyle shoes. Ended up buying multiple pairs on Zappos and returning what didn't fit.
